乌克兰武装部队总参谋部当地时间2月18日发布通报称，17日乌军对俄罗斯军事设施和燃料能源基础设施实施了精确打击，位于俄罗斯克拉斯诺达尔边疆区的伊利亚炼油厂被击中，该设施发生大规模火灾。此外，为俄军提供燃料的两个油站也遭到袭击。俄罗斯方面对此暂无回应。（央视新闻）
