财联社2月18日电，根据三星电子周二提交的一份监管文件显示，三星电子已提名芯片业务负责人尹钟铉（Jun Young-hyun）及其他两位半导体专家加入其董事会，但需获得股东批准。此外，三星电子还提名三星电子芯片业务总裁兼首席技术官、半导体研发中心负责人宋在爀（Song Jaihyuk）为董事会成员。三星电子还提名首尔国立大学教授、英特尔前设计工程师李赫宰（Lee Hyuk-Jae）为外部董事。
