当地时间2月18日，以色列国防部长卡茨在一份声明中表示，以色列国防军将在黎巴嫩强制执行停火协议，并采取行动应对真主党的任何威胁，因为以军仍驻扎在五处战略要地。
卡茨还表示，真主党必须完全撤出利塔尼河沿线，黎巴嫩军队必须在美国领导建立的机制监督下执行和解除武装。（央视新闻）
