正荣地产2月18日在港交所公告，公司于2025年2月17日（香港时间）获悉，英属处女群岛法院于2025年2月17日（英属处女群岛时间）举行聆讯，以申请委任RoYue Limited的清盘人。公司将于收到该聆讯结果时另行刊发公告。RoYue为公司控股股东（截至本公告日期，持有公司已发行股份总数约43.29%），由欧宗荣全资拥有。
