兰州黄河（000929）发布公告，董事会近日收到公司证券事务代表刘迎枝的辞职报告，因个人原因申请辞职，辞职自送达董事会之日起生效，辞职后不再担任公司任何职务。截至公告披露日，刘迎枝未持有公司股票。公司表示将尽快聘任符合任职资格的人员担任证券事务代表。
2024年前三季度，兰州黄河实现收入1.78亿元，归母净利润-3868万元。
