2001年的“六料港姐冠军”杨思琦育有一仔一女，近年杨思琦转战内地发展，经常开直播及唱歌，有时工作时间逾10小时，昨天（12日）元宵佳节，杨思琦在社交平台贴出和仔女的合照。
她写道：“甜甜的爱 爱的形状是我们 分享镜头里的爱意！”
12岁的大女杨卓颖愈来愈似妈咪；5岁细仔Kody也长得可爱靓仔，有网民推断杨思琦老公应该也是帅男。
