2025年2月14日，百克生物(688276.SH)公告称，董事会于近日收到公司非独立董事、副总经理于冰的书面辞职报告，于冰因个人原因申请辞去公司第六届董事会董事、副总经理职务。辞职后，于冰不再担任公司任何职务。
截至本公告披露日，于冰先生直接持有公司1,003,397股股份，约占公司总股本的0.24%。
