整个度假村秉持“与自然共呼吸”的设计主旨，在运用“以旧修旧”设计手法的同时，借助露台、屋顶等的构建，营造出从幽远深邃到豁然开朗的空间视野，把“隐世”“放松”的意境与氛围融入空间之中。另外，三十六院溪围绕生花书院、悬崖泳池、矿坑温泉、森林儿童乐园以及半山酒场等场景，构建起一个以在地特色为核心的松弛度假体系。在这个空间里衍生出的历史传承文化活动，包括颂钵、书法、陶瓷、写生、太极、雕刻以及森林植物手作等，通过“五感”开启身心觉知，为旅居人士寻得城市之外的情感寄托，也就是对简单生活的热切向往以及对自然环境的极致追求。

In addition, the Thirty-six Yuan River builds a relaxed holiday system with local characteristics as the core around the scenes of Shenghua Academy, cliff swimming pool, mine hot spring, forest children's paradise and Mid-level wine restaurant. The historical heritage and cultural activities derived from this space, including singing POTS, calligraphy, ceramics, sketching, tai chi, carving, and forest plant hand-making, open physical and mental awareness through the "five senses", and find emotional sustenance for sosovers outside the city, that is, the ardent yearning for a simple life and the ultimate pursuit of the natural environment.

二、空间美学

项目对40余栋古村落民居进行了改建，总面积达18000平方米。其中，按照奢华标准打造住宿空间，设有众多客房，平均每栋院子的面积约为190平方米，每间客房的面积约为50平方米。另外10栋则用作配套服务设施，包括接待中心、山顶会议中心、生花书院、悬崖咖啡厅、崖壁健身中心等功能区，以及生态农场、矿坑温泉、森林儿童乐园等众多户外娱乐体验场景。此外，还配备了36600平方米的生态停车场、71067平方米的森林氧吧公园和87467平方米的高山户外拓展区。置身此地，仿佛能追溯八百年的记忆，安静地聆听溪水潺潺流淌的声音，沿途唤醒花草。
