第九届格拉布斯学术会议第一轮通知

“格拉布斯学术会议”是以2005年诺贝尔化学奖得主罗伯特•格拉布斯教授冠名的国际学术会议。自创立以来，始终致力于集结世界各地的专家学者，共同交流催化化学与高分子化学领域的最新研究动态。会议旨在深入探讨基础科学研究的最新进展及其在应用转化方面的前景，同时加强学者与团队之间的深度合作与交流。至今，格拉布斯学术会议已成功举办八届，成为业内极具影响力的交流平台。

第九届格拉布斯学术会议，由南方科技大学深圳格拉布斯研究院主办，将于2025年4月11日-15日（注册时间：4月11日；正式会议日程为4月12日-14日）在中国深圳举行。

注册费包含会议资料、会议期间的午餐和晚餐；旅费和住宿费自理。

1. 2025年3月31日24:00前缴费：正式参会者2000元/人，学生及博后参会者1200元/人。

2. 2025年3月31日24:00后缴费：正式参会者2400元/人，学生及博后参会者1500元/人。

3. 鼓励参会者提前通过会议网站在线注册缴纳注册费，缴费方式包括微信和支付宝。

墙报展示

1. 会议将安排墙报展示环节，并评选出优秀墙报奖。会务组鼓励参会者参与墙报展示，请在会议注册时提供墙报题目。

2. 墙报规格为：0.9米宽×1.2米高。标题及内容需均为英文，格式不限。参会者自行打印墙报，会议报到时张贴至指定展示区。

3. 提交的墙报题目和展示的墙报内容一律视为不涉及保密问题。墙报题目提交截止日期为2025年3月31日24:00，逾期不再接受参选。

打开第九届格拉布斯会议官网，点击主页右上角菜单栏“会议注册”，进入报名参会页面。

请仔细阅读报名参会页面的说明信息。点击“立即报名”，进入注册页面。

◆信息填写

填写相关信息，确认无误后，点击“提交”，即完成会议报名。如需修改个人信息，在登录系统后的信息界面点击“更新”，即可保存修改后的信息。注册使用的邮箱地址和密码，将作为登录账户密码，请留存。

◆会议缴费

在登录状态下，点击“会议缴费”，进入在线支付页面。选择支付方式（微信、支付宝），进行线上缴费。

◆开具发票

The 9th GRuBBS Symposium · The First Round Notice

The GRubbs Symposium, named in honor of late Professor Dr. Robert H. Grubbs, a 2005 Nobel Laureate in Chemistry, aims to bring together scholars from around the world to share the latest developments in catalysis, polymer science, and materials. It also provides a platform to discuss the future of relevant research endeavors and foster new scientific collaborations. The Symposium has successfully held eight sessions and has become a well-known academic exchange platform in the field.

The 9th GRubbs Symposium organized by the Shenzhen Grubbs Institute, will be held on the beautiful campus of the Southern University of Science and Technology (Shenzhen, China) from April 11-15, 2025 (check-in: April 11; full program: April 12 to 14). We are looking forward to welcoming you at the 9th GRubbs Symposium!

The registration fee covers conference materials, lunch, and dinner during the symposium. All other expenses related to participation (e.g., transportation and accommodation) are the responsibility of the attendee.

◆Early Bird Registration(Until Mar. 31, 2025)：Regular Participant CNY 2000，Student and Postdoctoral Fellow CNY 1200.

◆On-site Registration(After Mar. 31, 2025)：Regular Participant CNY 2400，Student and Postdoctoral Fellow CNY 1500.

◆Please register in advance and make the payment, with options including WeChat and Alipay.

Posters

◆Posters will be set up throughout the symposium and the Excellent Poster Award will be selected on site. The organizing committee strongly encourages all participants to take part in the poster presentation. Please provide the title of your poster when registering.

◆Size for the Poster: 0.9m wide × 1.2m high. Both the title and content should be in English. No format requirement. Presenters at the poster sessions shall bring the printed posters and display them at the designated location.

◆Your submission of posters will be deemed to be your consent that they be treated as non-confidential. Posters title submission deadline: 24:00, March 31, 2025.

◆Enter the registration page

Open the official website of The 9th GRubbs Symposium, click on the "Registration" menu bar in the upper right corner of the homepage, and enter the registration page.

◆ Carefully read the registration information

Please carefully read the instructions on the registration page. Click "Register Now" to enter the registration page.

◆ Fill in the information

Fill in the relevant information. After confirming that there are no errors, click on “Submit” to complete the conference registration. If you want to modify your personal information, click on “Update” after logging into the system, and the modified information will be saved. The email address and password used for registration will serve as the login account and password.

◆ Payment

While logged in, click on “Payment” to enter the online payment page. Select the payment method Alipay or WeChat, and click "Confirm Payment" to proceed with the online payment.

◆ Issue an invoice

On the computer end, click on Payment Completed - View - Paid Items - Invoice Inquiry - Apply for Invoice. Fill in the relevant invoice information, and the invoice will be sent to the registration email within about 2 to 3 days.

If you are going to participate in the poster presentation, please enter the title of your poster on the registration page to facilitate the arrangement by the conference organizing committee. The deadline for collecting poster titles is March 31, 2025. Both the title and content should be in English.
