2月12日，据公安部新闻传媒中心最新消息，《公共安全视频图像信息系统管理条例》已经2024年12月16日国务院第48次常务会议通过，自2025年4月1日起施行。
《条例》明确，禁止在旅馆、饭店、宾馆、招待所、民宿等经营接待食宿场所的客房或者包间内部安装图像采集设备及相关设施。具体划重点内容如下：
