美国芯片工具制造商Lam Research表示，计划未来几年在印度南部卡纳塔克邦投资逾1000亿卢比（约合12亿美元），这是印度加强半导体生态系统计划的最新举措。
在周二举行的“投资卡纳塔克”活动中，Lam Research表示，已与卡纳塔克邦工业区发展局（KIADB）签署了一份谅解备忘录（MoU）。
