北京商报讯（记者 冉黎黎）2月12日，国中水务（600187）高开4.17%，开于3.25元/股。
据了解，2月11日晚间，国中水务披露公告称，公司于2月7日与东营市河口区财金投资集团有限公司签署《股权转让合同》，向其出售全资子公司东营国中环保科技有限公司100%股权，交易价格为3.38亿元。
