来自尼泊尔的拉姆是亚冬会志愿者，他在哈尔滨已经生活了三年，汉语说得很不错。他在接受总台环球资讯记者采访时说，尽管哈尔滨很冷，但是他每时每刻都能感受到这座城市的温暖，哈尔滨就是他的第二个家。
