2025年2月10日，丰乐种业(000713.SZ)公告称，公司董事会于近日收到公司董事长冯越递交的书面辞职报告。冯越先生因工作调整原因，申请辞去公司董事长、董事、董事会相关专门委员会委员（战略委员会召集人、提名委员会委员）职务。辞职后，冯越将不再担任公司任何职务。截至本公告披露日，冯越未持有公司股份。
