2月10日，据中国信通院消息，国际电信联盟标准化局（ITU-T）第21研究组（SG21）日前在瑞士日内瓦召开全体会议。会上，由中国信通院牵头的“ITU-T F.EDS：Requirements of edge domain inference systems for foundation models（面向大模型的边缘侧推理系统能力技术要求）”“ITU-T F.FMCS：Requirements for foundation model training and inference cluster systems（大模型训练及推理集群系统能力要求）”“F.LLMO：Requirements for foundation model training and inference framework for cluster systems（面向大语言模型算子的要求和评价指标）”3项人工智能软硬件标准成功立项，同步开始征集参编单位。
