格隆汇2月7日丨中广核新能源(01811.HK)发布公告，公司全资附属公司Meiya Electric拟出售其于南通美亚( Meiya Electric的全资附属公司)持有的所有股权。Meiya Electric拟透过于上海联交所的公开招标程序进行潜在出售事项。
有关潜在出售事项的正式披露及公开招标通告预期将于2025年2月8日在上海联交所网站(www.suaee.com)上公布。初步公开招标预期将于2025年2月8日开始，为期20个工作日。潜在出售事项的初步公开招标价约人民币4.75亿元，乃参考2024年11月30日的估值厘定。最终代价金额将视乎中标者的最终出价而定。
