新京报贝壳财经讯（记者白昊天）2月7日，福特汽车公司宣布，现任福特汽车公司副总裁、福特中国总裁兼首席执行官吴胜波将在现有职责范围基础上，兼管福特汽车国际市场集团（IMG）业务。福特汽车国际市场集团负责人Jeff Marentic将向吴胜波汇报工作。

吴胜波2022年10月加入福特中国，担任福特中国总经理兼首席运营官，2023年3月正式升任福特中国总裁兼首席执行官。
