日前，佛山市住房保障和房产信息网发布了《佛山市2025年住房保障计划目标任务表》。
任务表显示，2025年新筹集配售型保障性住房房源为500套，新筹集保障性租赁住房房源13768套，拟发放租赁补贴15825户。
而2024年的目标分别为新筹集配售型保障性住房房源3000套、新筹集保障性租赁住房房源15000套、拟发放租赁补贴18500户，与2024年对比，2025年的保障目标均有所下调。
