财联社2月6日电，安达集团（CHUBB）在国内2张财险牌照的整合工作进入收尾阶段。2月5日，金融监管总局官网公布批文，同意解散安达保险有限公司。目前，安达保险已公告进入解散清算程序。此前，安达保险业务已并入安达集团实际控制的另一财险公司华泰财险。
