财联社2月4日电，日本原子力发电公司发布消息称，当天下午位于茨城县东海村的东海第二核电站中央控制室发生火灾。有控制面板部分出现明火和冒烟情况，随后被扑灭。据称，没有对发射线管理区域外的环境造成影响。
