格隆汇2月3日｜高盛称，仍预计加拿大石油生产商最终将承担大部分的关税负担，由于替代出口市场有限，加拿大原油每桶将比正常水准贴水3至4美元，美国成品油消费者将承担剩余每桶2至3美元的负担。高盛估计，由于10%的进口关税，加拿大对美国的天然气出口量可能小幅下降每日1.6亿立方英尺，对美国天然气价格几乎没有任何影响。
