美凯龙1月26日公告，公司于日前与公司副总经理蒋小忠经协商将于2025年2月1日起解除劳动合同，蒋小忠正式离职前仍继续履行副总经理职责，离职后将不再担任公司副总经理及公司任何职务。蒋小忠直接持有公司A股179.48万股。
