新京报讯 1月24日，人福医药发布公告，因工作调整，公司董事会秘书李前伦提请辞去公司董事会秘书职务。辞去上述职务后，李前伦将继续担任公司副总裁及公司下属子公司其他职务。在董事会秘书空缺期间，暂由公司董事、总裁邓霞飞代行董事会秘书的职责。
