财联社1月24日电，记者获悉，红杉中国已经与Marshall马歇尔集团达成最终协议，将以11亿欧元的估值收购Marshall马歇尔的多数股权。这是红杉中国迄今为止在欧洲最大的一笔投资。根据协议条款，Marshall家族将保留公司超过20%的股份。Marshall马歇尔集团收入从2020年到2024年翻了一倍多，达到约4亿欧元。（记者 阳明）
