李清河，生于河南省太康县，现居郑州。毕业于河南大学美术系，2oo2年进修于天津美院国画系，受何家英老师的指导专攻小写意人物画。
现为中国国画家协会会员，河南省美术家协会会员，省总工会职工画院理事，北京保昌书画院签约画家，作品被多家报刋杂志刋发收藏，被《中国名人大辞典》和《当代名人国画图库》入编。
