财中社1月23日电 永泰能源（600157）发布公告，因到退休年龄，公司董事、常务副总经理王军于2025年1月23日向董事会提交辞呈，申请辞去相关职务。根据公司章程的相关规定，王军的辞职申请自送达董事会之日起生效。
2024年前三季度，永泰能源实现收入223.75亿元，归母净利润14.64亿元。
