阳光讯（记者 李希）1月20日，分局武乡派出所在辖区一民房查获烟花爆竹23箱。
经查，刘某明知自己没有烟花爆竹经营许可证，仍于2024年底采购烟花爆竹35箱，存放于不具备存储条件的民房中，并在自家商店售卖。
根据《中华人民共和国治安管理处罚法》第三十条之规定，刘某已被行政拘留五日。
