2025年1月22日下午，四川国际博览集团召开干部大会，宣布省委、省政府关于集团党委书记、董事长的任免决定：刘吉祥同志任四川国际博览集团党委书记、董事长；杨川同志不再担任四川国际博览集团党委书记、董事长职务。上述职务任免按有关法律和章程办理。
