财联社1月22日电，兴发集团公告称，公司持股5%以上股东浙江金帆达拟自本公告披露之日起12个月内，通过上海证券交易所系统以集中竞价交易方式，使用银行专项贷款及自有资金增持公司股份，增持金额不低于2.2亿元（含本数），不超过4.4亿元（含本数）。
