1月17日，江苏无锡。美国籍男子Beacham III Horace Edward（白瀚达）在跑步途中，发现一名老太落水，为了帮助老太脱险，他半个身体趴出栏杆，用力托举老太，一直等到民警到场后才与众人合力救出老太。事后，白瀚达获得“见义勇为人员”证书。
