近日，《辽宁省沿海港口布局规划（2024—2035年）》（以下简称《规划》）正式出台，辽宁省是继2023年全国港口航道布局规划印发后，首个完成省级沿海港口布局规划修订的省份。《规划》的印发实施将进一步优化全省港口功能布局、明确重要港区功能定位、构建分层次运输系统布局、畅通东北海陆大通道。
