1月18日，河北省卫健委通报2024年12月河北省法定传染病疫情概况：2024年12月1日0时至12月31日24时，我省共报告乙类传染病16种，丙类传染病6种。
本月共报告乙类传染病12743例，死亡39例。报告发病数居前五位的病种为：病毒性肝炎、新型冠状病毒感染、肺结核、梅毒和猩红热，占乙类传染病发病总数的94.42%。
本月共报告丙类传染病111731例，死亡1例。报告发病数居前五位的病种为：流行性感冒、其它感染性腹泻病、手足口病、流行性腮腺炎和急性出血性结膜炎，占丙类传染病发病总数的99.99%。
