【证监会对广发证券出具警示函：保荐项目上市当年即亏损】财联社1月17日电，证监会发现广发证券公司保荐的北方长龙新材料技术股份有限公司（发行人）首发项目，发行人证券发行上市当年即亏损。按照《证券发行上市保荐业务管理办法》（证监会令第207号）第七十条的规定，证监会决定对此公司采取出具警示函的行政监督管理措施。
