据蚌埠发布消息，2025年1月17日蚌埠市十七届人大常委会第三十次会议决定任命：金胜庆为市人民政府副市长。
1月1日，安徽省委组织部发布干部任前公示公告，其中：金胜庆，男，汉族，1969年9月生，中央党校研究生学历，历史学学士，中共党员，现任五河县委书记，拟提名为省辖市副市长人选。
