格隆汇1月16日｜日本半导体设备协会表示，目前预计截至2026年3月的一年营收将增长5%，至4.66万亿日元（300亿美元），略低于7月作出的4.68万亿日元预测。展望表现平平，相比之下其目前预计截至今年3月的12个月收入增长20%，而且重量级客户台积电预计今年资本支出至多增长40%。
