记者今天从国家标准委了解到，国际标准化组织近日正式发布由我国牵头制定的《电子商务交易保障——售后服务》标准，该项标准是电子商务售后服务领域的首个国际标准。在制定过程中，我国专家与来自英国、日本、印度、新加坡、法国、德国、韩国等国的专家通力协作，共同完成此项国际标准的编制。（央视新闻）
