2024年全年，上海推动既有多层住宅加装电梯3005台，让许多居民享受到了上下楼的便利。然而，随着不少已加装电梯过了免费维保期，后续的维保谁来接手、价格怎么定，又成了难题。今年两会，有代表委员也关注到了这个问题。
