当地时间1月14日，美国司法部宣布在纽约南区地方法院对私募股权公司KKR提起民事诉讼，指控其至少在16项交易中没有遵守《哈特-斯科特-罗迪诺法案》的并购披露要求，未能提供完整、准确的合并前备案。美国司法部要求对这些违规行为处以至少6.5亿美元的罚款。
