格隆汇1月15日｜评级机构标普将强生列入信用观察名单，并予负面前景，主因公司斥资近150亿美元收购精神疾病药物开发商Intra-Cellular Therapies。标普认为，是次收购将令强生调整后杠杆率提高至约1.4倍，超出标普评级的1倍下行触发。强生补充称，预计到2025年底，强生调整后杠杆率将降至1.1倍，到2026年底将降至1倍以下。
