当地时间1月14日，捷克总理菲亚拉表示，塔尔输油管道的技术改造和升级工作已经完成，该国结束对俄罗斯的原油依赖。
菲亚拉称，此次管道升级使得输油能力翻番，达到每年800万吨，能够满足捷克炼油厂的年度消耗。他说，如果"友谊"输油管道中断，该国已经可以依赖塔尔输油管道。（总台记者 张娟）
