公司回答表示：公司拟于2025年1月15日召开2025年第一次临时股东大会，审议《关于拟变更公司名称、证券简称及修订＜公司章程＞的议案》，之后将在市场监督管理部门等办理公司名称的变更登记与备案，完成后将及时履行信息披露义务。
