新京报贝壳财经讯（记者姜樊）1月14日，中国人民银行副行长宣昌能在国新办举行的“中国经济高质量发展成效”系列新闻发布会上表示，2024年末贷款利率稳步下行。12月份新发放企业贷款利率约为3.43%，同比下降0.36个百分点；个人住房贷款利率约为3.11%，同比下降0.88个百分点。
