财中社1月13日电 国瑞健康（02329）发布公告，公司已委任维文会计师事务所有限公司为新任核数师，自2025年1月9日起生效，以填补明朝会计师行有限公司辞任后的空缺。明朝会计师行有限公司自2024年11月22日起辞任。
新任核数师的任期将持续至公司下届股东周年大会结束。
