北京商报讯（记者 马换换 王蔓蕾）1月13日，广哈通信（300711）高开高走，盘中一度涨超8%。截至北京商报记者发稿，广哈通信股价涨幅6.76%，报23.07元/股。
消息面上，1月11日，广哈通信披露公告称，公司拟以支付2.45亿元现金方式收购四川赛康智能科技股份有限公司2580.6万股股份，对应股份比例为51%。
