1月11日，携程集团CEO孙洁宣布了一项针对“家庭友好”的新福利政策，从2025年4月起，将针对家有18周岁及以下子女的员工，增加3天“陪伴日”。
此前，携程已经率先在国内开启混合办公政策；公司还拿出10个亿，投入生育补贴政策，截至2024年底，符合领取生育补贴的携程员工近千人，可以领取5万元的“程长礼金”。
2025年春节，客服团队还可以提前回乡办公、享受最长达2个月的居家办公福利政策。
