Futurist design aesthetics is a kind of design trend of thought which emphasizes science and technology, speed and power with foresight and innovation as the core. The Futurist design aesthetic originated in Italy at the beginning of the 20th century, initiated by poet Filippo Tommaso Marinetti, who expressed his rebellion against traditional art and advocated machine aesthetics in the Futurist Manifesto. Development process: Futurism rapidly expanded from the field of literature to painting, sculpture, music, dance and architectural design and other fields, becoming a far-reaching art movement. The core concept is anti-tradition: Futurist designers strongly oppose the shackles of tradition, advocate innovation and change, and pursue new forms and new expressions adapted to modern life; The second is the integration of science and technology: Futurism emphasizes the combination of science and technology, and believes that the development of science and technology provides new possibilities for artistic creation, and designers should use the latest scientific and technological achievements to create unprecedented works.

一、敦煌 · 碧玥酒店

RESIDENTIAL DESIGN

几个世纪以来，人们一直被自然荒野所吸引，但在冒险中总是渴望有一个避风港。Jangala Dunhuang（敦煌碧玥酒店）坐落于千年丝绸之路的文化遗产之中，完美诠释了对沙漠圣地的追求。这家酒店的名字源自梵语“绿洲”，它的一切精神内核——从戈壁沙漠的环境到华丽的房间和套房——都将客人置于自然世界及其隐藏的奇迹之心。

For centuries, people have been drawn to natural wilderness, but have always longed for a haven in their adventures. Jangala Dunhuang (Biyue Hotel Dunhuang) is located in the cultural heritage of the millennium Silk Road, the perfect interpretation of the pursuit of desert holy land. The name of this boutique hotel derives from the Sanskrit word for "oasis," and everything at its spiritual core - from its Gobi desert setting to its gorgeous rooms and suites - places guests at the heart of the natural world and its hidden wonders.

Biyue Dunhuang Hotel covers an area of 15 acres and has restaurants, bars, meeting rooms, waterscape theatre, meditation space, vineyards and vegetable gardens. As one of the first boutique hotels in Dunhuang, it has set a new benchmark. Inspired by the vibrant Dunhuang region, it blends modern creativity with local traditions. The living space combines simple marble decor with comfortable sofas, and a wealth of artwork is displayed on the walls. Outside, the Waterscape Theatre hosts performances throughout the year, while the Oasis View Rooms and Courtyard suites luxuriously showcase the desert and sky. Enjoy a delicious meal at the Silk Road Restaurant or a cocktail at the world-class Phantom Bar; Or greet the sun with yoga, camp in the desert, or press "pause" in the hotel's meditation space.

酒店地处敦煌文化区核心，周边环绕着众多文化机构。距离机场仅15分钟车程，莫高窟数字中心10分钟可达，鸣沙山仅需5分钟即至，而敦煌市中心也在10分钟之内。入口处的小路两侧，右侧绿树成荫，左侧则是一堵由鸣沙山搬运而来的沙子组成的沙墙，仿佛在隐喻被沙漠、戈壁包围的敦煌被称为“沙漠绿洲”。这家酒店的设计灵感来源于传统西北民居中的“土墙”和“瓜果晾房”，体现了中国人天人合一、因势造物的智慧。建筑群完全融入了敦煌的环境，与当地气候和谐共生。设计师选用的所有材料都是当地的，包括建筑材料和植物等，都具有极强的本土适应性和易生长性。

The hotel is located in the heart of Dunhuang Cultural District, surrounded by numerous cultural institutions. It is only a 15-minute drive from the airport, 10 minutes to the Mogao Grottoes Digital Center, 5 minutes to the Singing Sand Mountain, and within 10 minutes of Dunhuang city center. On both sides of the path at the entrance, the right side is lined with trees, and the left side is a sand wall composed of sand transported from the sand mountain, as if in metaphor of Dunhuang surrounded by deserts and Gobi is called "desert oasis". The design of this hotel is inspired by the "earth wall" and "fruit drying house" in the traditional northwest folk houses, reflecting the wisdom of the Chinese people to unite nature and man and create according to the situation. The buildings are fully integrated into the Dunhuang environment, living in harmony with the local climate. All the materials chosen by the designer are local, including building materials and plants, which have strong local adaptability and easy growth.

二、室内美学

RESIDENTIAL DESIGN

酒店一期拥有64间客房和8套艺术家工作室，公共区域设施完备。这里不仅是一家酒店，更是一处东方哲学与历史交融的文化体验空间。大漠景观餐厅、西北风情酒吧、茶室、篝火池、SPA中心、美术馆及艺术家中心等一应俱全，为宾客提供了丰富的休闲选择。大堂前的设计灵感来源于敦煌自然风光，入口处仿石窟造型寓意深远，象征着文化的传承与发展。步入大堂，仿佛开启了一段探索之旅，通过故事景窗的形式，逐步揭示旅程中即将遇到的惊喜与美好。

The first phase of the hotel has 64 rooms and 8 artist studios, and the public areas are fully equipped. This is not only a hotel, but also a cultural experience space where Eastern philosophy and history blend. The desert landscape restaurant, Northwest style bar, tea room, bonfire pool, SPA center, art museum and artist center are all equipped to provide guests with a wealth of leisure choices. The design in front of the lobby is inspired by the natural scenery of Dunhuang, and the imitation grottoes at the entrance have far-reaching implications, symbolizing the inheritance and development of culture. Stepping into the lobby, it seems to open a journey of exploration, and through the form of story window, it gradually reveals the surprises and beauty that will be encountered in the journey.

受西北传统民居里地窖的启发，每间房均设有一个手工石头墙搭建的庭院，令人进入房间，倍感冬暖夏凉和静怡。视野开阔，推门即踏入一片沙海绿洲，近观东驿建筑群，远眺祁连雪山、三危山和鸣沙山。

Inspired by the cellars of traditional houses in the Northwest, each room has a courtyard built with handmade stone walls, which allows you to enter the room and feel warm in winter and cool in summer. Open the vision, push the door is into a sand oasis, close to the Dongyi building group, overlooking Qilian snow Mountain, Sanwei Mountain and singing sand Mountain.
