财联社1月10日电，证监会发布行政处罚决定书，2017年6月14日至2021年1月29日，许淼控制使用账户组，采取集中资金优势连续买卖、在自己实际控制的账户间进行证券交易等手段影响“金陵体育”股票交易价格和交易量，盈利156,651,579.19元。证监会决定：没收许淼违法所得156,651,579.19元，并处以313,303,158.38元罚款。
