2025年1月10日，科威尔(688551.SH)公告称，董事会近日收到公司总经理蒋佳平的辞任报告。蒋佳平因工作调整变动辞任公司总经理职务，辞任后，仍担任公司董事。董事会同意聘任傅仕涛担任公司总经理，聘任唐德生担任公司副总经理，任期自董事会审议通过之日起至本届董事会任期届满之日止。
