财联社1月7日电，国务院办公厅近日印发《关于促进政府投资基金高质量发展的指导意见》。优化基金发展环境。落实建设全国统一大市场部署要求，不以招商引资为目的设立政府投资基金，鼓励取消政府投资基金及管理人注册地限制，依法依规强化信用约束。优化政府出资比例调整机制，鼓励降低或取消返投比例。突出正向激励政策导向，提振市场投资信心。
