XPeng Motors and Volkswagen Group China have announced a strategic collaboration to enhance ultra-fast charging infrastructure. Through a newly signed Memorandum of Understanding (MOU), the two companies will share access to their proprietary ultra-fast charging networks.
The partnership enables XPeng and Volkswagen EV owners to tap into a network of over 20,000 charging terminals across 420 cities in China. Additionally, the companies will jointly develop co-branded ultra-fast charging stations, accelerating infrastructure growth and improving charging accessibility for EV users nationwide.
